If sending a locator for repair, please send it to U.P.S. or USPS pre-paid; no collect or C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Please enclose the locator, the company name, address, phone #, contact name, and a description of the problem.
All repairs will be performed at our manufacturing plant or one of our field service centers. Aqua-Tronics, Inc. retains the sole and exclusive right to determine where repairs are to be made and if defects are covered by warranty or result from the instrument’s misuse and abuse and, thus, not subject to warranty repair or replacement. All instruments shipped to the factory must be sent prepaid; No collect or C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.
